the ONLY WAY to fix is to blow up your phone all the way to restore factory ,this is from google customer tech or buy a new phone, there is NO fix.

I had \”Google Play Services error\” in \”Goole Maps\” (Samsung Note 8). I found if \”Goole Maps\” have no access permission to microphone this error occurring. After allowing \”Goole Maps\” access microphone and camera this error is gone. Look for similar access permissions.
